The job market’s tougher than ever; and more than ever, we need something to help us stand out. Kareer.me offers a compelling alternative to the traditional resume, which offers only words on a page to catch a recruiter’s attention. It also offers a compelling alternative to visual resumes that we’ve featured recently like Re.Vu, which offers an all-singing, all-dancing visual CV to throw into the big wide world of job hunting. And here’s why:

Doodle Flix – In a similar way that the Academy voters when choosing the Oscar winners this year will be talking about ‘The Artist’ as a loving homage to a film genre long since obsolete (see it by the way if you haven’t already, it’s brilliant!)… Doodle Flix could be seen in the not-so-distant future as a loving homage to the way we used to receive films with Netflix through the post, in that iconic red envelope!

Super Bowl 46 Ads – Well it’s all over. The Giants took the big crown at the Super Bowl. But a much more important question perhaps, is which company took the crown for the best commercial!? Youtube AdBlitz allows us lucky viewers to watch our favorite ads from the game as many times as we want, and to vote on our favorites. And remember, at over $2million for a 30 second slot, this was once again a real opportunity for advertising companies to really get creative with their clients’ products.
This Honda ad brought back a lot of childhood memories (for those of you old enough to idolize Ferris Bueller!). Watch it, and then click here to get your fix of the corporate side of the Super Bowl.

Every time someone takes up your recommendation, clicks on your link and buys that product, you share a small percentage of the profit from that sale with Mulu (a product on Amazon can make you between 4 and 8 per cent, depending on what it is!)
