M Thru F – Work Life is Funny, Too

M Thru F – This hilarious blog was a Weekly Blog winner and thus scored the Weekly Fave spot last week. Prepare yourself for prolonged enjoyment as you explore the posts in this funny as hell work fail blog by Cheezburger. Turns out some of life’s funniest moments happen at the office, as you can see below.

Damn You, Auto Correct – Technlogy Gone Wild

Damn You, Auto Correct – This Weekly Blog winner is one of those funny cases where technology is developed to make our lives easier, but instead, it makes it more complicated. Damn You, Auto Correct puts the iPhone’s text auto-correct feature in the giggles spotlight and ridicules honest messages gone bad as a result. This is hilarious, surprising and addictive. There, I warned you. Below are a couple of especially funny examples.

That’s My Boss – Unfit Manager Stories Revealed

That’s My Boss – “United we stand against the tyranny of those who make us work weekends, put in extra hours, take work calls over holiday breaks, and question our use of vacation days…when they’re our damn vacation days!” –this strong outcry alone made me curious. Reading further the About page of That’s My Boss reveals the team’s solid manifesto: “So keep your ears and eyes open, record the hypocrisy of your workplace…of your bosses, department heads, and anyone else who tells you to fill out a TPS Report in triplicate. This is your chance for revenge.”

Each post is a true story, submitted by anonymous (and utterly frustrated) employees across the country, rightly venting out their miserable circumstances at work caused by unfit managers. See the post below, The REM Cycle which made me laugh. Another good one is A Cigarette Earned. By the way, That’s My Boss is also a Weekly Blog winner, so give it a nice round of applause please!

Team Coco – The Red Forelcok is Back, Bigtime!

Conan O’Brien Presents: Team Coco – When I first heard that Conan O’Brien had left NBC I was devastated. I always favored Conan over Jay Leno, and I was anxious to know what would happen next. Fortunately for me and many others, Conan only moved to another network (TBS, his show airs weeknights at 11/10c).

But the reason why the Team Coco website has made it to last week’s Weekly Faves is not due to Conan’s new show per se, but due to the amazing website that Conan and his team created to build up the hype for the show, to provide users with terrific content, and to show what the fans are saying on the Web.

Explore the high quality and humor-infused content on the Team Coco website in the form of hilarious interview videos between Conan and his show guests, photos, and the latest word from the fans. In addition, you can buy some merchandise branded with the cool Team Coco logo. Oh, and there’s also a blimp (yes!) and a new podcast. The Team Coco website is a powerful example of how well the social media and the Web can be used as a solid marketing tool. Plus, the show is great, which makes it all the more amazing.

See the video below of Conan’s show on TBS, interviewing Michael Cera on November 11, 2010.

Totally Looks Like – Similar Yet Hilariously Different

Totally Looks Like – When I was a kid there used to be a teen magazine with a section of looks-alike, showing photos of teenagers from around the country who had an external appearance very similar to that of known celebrities and stars. Totally Looks Like is another lol blog from Cheezbuger, focusing on the exact same premise. Each post displays two photos of people (mostly the rich and famous) who look similar to each other. The funny part is where a known star is coupled with a photo of a cat…

All look alike photos are submitted by users, and every now and then you’ll see a Totally Looks Like photo couple of a dog or another animal. It’s a nice twist. Either way, see the two photos below for a quick laugh.

Oddly Enough Blog – Weird but Funny News by Reuters

Notes from the Stall – Deep Philosophy or Sheer Boredom?

Notes from the stall – This site scored the Weekly Blog crown during its week, so we included it in last week’s Weekly Faves. Notes from the stall is described as “the best in bathroom graffiti, tile lines and toilet verse. Always lemony fresh and never crude.”

Reading the declarations, statements and questions here on this blog will make some of you think we’re dealing with intense philosophical truths while others would call it rubbish. Either way it’s interesting, funny and sometimes poignantly sad. The masses have spoken and now the walls (stalls to be exact) are responding… Enjoy.

LaughFactory – #1 Comedy Club in the Country

LaughFactory – Described as the No. 1 comedy club in the country by USA Today, LaughFactory will bring you to the brink of asphyxiation in the best meaning possible. I guarantee you are going to laugh so hard, and I’m sure you will become addicted to this site in no time.

LaughFactory is a long-established (since 1979), star factory of America’s best comedians who started their comedy career at this renowned club. Some of the big names include Roseanne Barr, Jim Carrey, Jeff Dunham, Kathy Griffin and many, many others. The site is pouring with supreme comedy videos, and even their New Faces category, which in other comedy club sites is less than mediocre, over exceeded my expectations.

Explore the various content options LaughFactory has to offer, including Comedians, Channels, Magazines, my favorite -Videos, Contests, Joke Bank, and of course, Tickets. If you’re at work when browsing this site, be careful; you could easily find yourself still roaming around when the day is over… Enjoy the short video below of Laugh Factory’s ‘new face’ Mathew Taylor, talking about the perks of having a GPS.
