The Every Girl is a site designed for the type of person described in its title. Any woman can find inspiration in the site — as its manifesto says — “whether she is searching for her dream job or a new city to call home; is saving up for a down payment or a trip to Europe; is learning to cook or speak another language.” The Every Girl was founded by Chicago-based writers and editors Danielle Moss and Alaina Kaczmarski. There’s also an extensive team of talented writers, each providing inspiration in their own editorial voice and style. Content is updated on a regular basis.
The Every Girl is split into six categories — Career & Finance, Culture, Fashion & Beauty, Living, Travel and Wellness. It’s a lifestyle blog, but there’s a healthy mix of informative articles like “How To Keep Your Indoor Plants Alive” and interesting topics like career profiles of people like Indie Lee, CEO of cosmetic line Indie Lee & Co. There are also listicles and articles with catchy headlines, but there’s enough quality content to keep readers engaged and eager to come back for more.
