Kindle 2Jeff Bezos founded Amazon.com, Inc. in 1994 and launched it online in 1995. It started as an on-line bookstore but soon expanded to a diversified list of almost everything that is considered retail. Now Amazon is going back to books – but in a new stylish way – they are taking the digital revolution path. Kindle 2 is the ultimate digital reading device, it is lightweight only 10.2 ounces, lighter than a typical paperback and it has 3G wireless built in, it lets you download books right from your Kindle, anytime, anywhere; no monthly fees, service plans, or hunting for Wi-Fi hotspots. Afraid it won’t feel like a real book? Amazon has taken care of it, and the Kindle 2 utilizes the latest in electronic-ink display technology, Kindle provides a crisp black-and-white 6″ screen with the same appearance and readability of printed paper. And the best part (my opinion) is that it holds more than 1,500 books. No longer pick and choose which books fit in your carry-on. Now you can always have your entire library with you. We don’t feature many specific products on AllMyFaves, but we felt that Kindle 2 offers something new, something which is worth the money. For a complete understanding of the product check the video below. And the most important thing is, that regardless to the way you consume your reading – just read, it is your biggest asset.
