A Heart A Day – This Weekly Blog winner scored a hefty amount of visits during its week, so this is why it made its way to the Weekly Faves list. Thomas Fuchs, a NY based freelance illustrator/designer/artist creates a beautifully creative work of art every day, and each always has the shape of a heart included.
