Ways We Work is a site for anyone who wants to get some inspiration on how to be productive in the workplace — whether you work in an office or are an entrepreneur doing things on your own terms. The site features interviews with all sorts of professionals, each providing interesting answers about how they get things done. Many of the professionals featured on Ways We Work are involved in technology, but not all of them are CEOs or programmers. There are interviews with people like Brenna Loury, Head of Marketing at Todoist, and Rachel Segal, a Digital Marketing Consultant & Farmer.
Ways We Work does feature interviews with several designers, and the site itself benefits from a great design. Each page contains a high-quality photograph of the interview subject, with a great balance of text and photos throughout the article. The interviewees answer questions like “What is your best time-saving trick,” and “Structure of your typical day, how do you divide your time?” It’s interesting to compare the vastly different ways in which innovative, successful people manage tasks on a daily basis. There are some amazing interviews on the site, so it’s worth reading through if you need some inspiration or motivation.
