Explee allows users to create visual and dynamic animated videos.
Explee makes it easier to create animated videos to be utilized for a variety of purposes. The platform is especially useful for companies conducting marketing campaigns, or for anyone that wants to more clearly explain how a product or something works. There is still a learning curve as with any video editing tools, but Explee makes animation more approachable than most software available on the market. There are built-in templates as well as the option to begin from a blank template, and then crafting the video is simple as dragging and dropping animation, text or audio files. The scenes can be constructed via a timeline bar similar to relatively simplistic programs such as iMovie and Garage Band.
There are a few pricing options for Explee. Videos cost $19 each for up to a 30 min runtime, but users can also choose from one of two monthly plans with unlimited video creation instead. The personal plan costs $7 per month both only gives rights to the video for personal use. The business plan costs $25 each month and gives users professional rights as well. There’s also the opportunity to create an up to one minute video for free. Explee operates on a cloud-based system, so projects are accessible from various devices. Although the animation possibilities are somewhat limited to the pre-loaded drawings that Explee has in its system, there are a lot of options and the site does offer a good deal of creative freedom.
