Emotions influence our lives more than we may think and the Atlas of Emotions really shows us how.
In any given day, we can experience a wide variety of emotions. While we try to not let emotions influence decisions and actions, most time there is no way around them. The Ekmans’ Atlas of Emotions was created to increase our understanding of our emotions and how they influence our lives. We don’t choose what to feel and when to feel it, and that’s when things get interesting. The Atlas gives us more awareness of our emotions and an understanding of how they work. The Atlas was inspired by Paul Ekman and the Dalai Lama. There are five emotions to explore: enjoyment, anger, fear, sadness and disgust. Within each emotion, there are categories to learn from: states, actions, triggers, moods and calm. Everything varies for each emotion and really explains how they work, how we can deal with them and more. Get in touch with your inner emotions and really learn more about yourself with The Ekmans’ Atlas of Emotions.
