Learn Something Every Day – Learning new facts and acquiring new knowledge usually requires some sort of incentive for maximum and long term retention. Learn Something Every Day has come up with an original and wonderfully appealing incentive to teach us fascinating things about life and the world we live in. Presented in vibrant bite-size squares are short interesting points worth considering. I learned for example that the inventor of the electric chair was a dentist; David Bowie has a spider species named after him, and get this, humans share about 50% of DNA with bananas.
