Summer Vacation Project is an exquisite photo gallery, created by photographer Zoe Grindea and her family, that set a whole country debating about it’s legitimacy.
When Israeli Photographer Zoe Grindea realized that she is about to face 60 days of summer holiday without any summer camps for the kids, she decided that she can mix her art with their activities. Every day, instead of watching the television or playing on their laptop, Zoe’s three kids help her by setting up the scenery, choosing costumes, putting make up on each other, and finally – modeling for a daily picture – thus creating this amazing “summer vacation project“.
In the Name of Art!The pictures as you can see are exquisite, but the dark theme drew considerable criticism about her work and her use of the children. Most of the critics suggested that one shouldn’t expose their own child to death scenes and thought that the whole project is inappropriate, violent, and even pedophilic. Zoe denied these accusations, and said that her work is done with love. I don’t know about you guys, but I definitely see that love, and love her back for it.
