Have you ever been in a situation where you saw something happening and thought that would have been a perfect picture? I get those moments a lot, where for a few moments in a day everything lines up perfectly for a great picture, but for some reason I never actually get the shot. Tao Liu, a street photographer from China, seems to get it right. He is a self-taught street photographer that seems to be able to catch those perfect moments where everything just lines up.
