Disney Movies Anywhere is a service that allows you to browse and watch your Collection of Disney, Pixar, and Marvel movies along with bonus material and exclusive videos.
Disney Movies Anywhere does exactly what it sounds like — allows you to watch films created by the Walt Disney Motion Picture Company anywhere and on any device. 
The service is similar to TV Everywhere models like HBO Go, except it focuses exclusively on Disney content (and operates on a fairly different business model). This includes classic cartoons such as Winnie The Pooh, as well as newer films like Frozen or Thor: The Dark World. The site requires a Disney Account in order to access the materials, but those accounts are free to create. Much of the content offered on Disney Movies Anywhere, however, is not free. In fact, the site typically links to iTunes, requiring users to purchase the films through the Apple service. It is possible to watch previews and other features directly through Disney Movies Anywhere on your browser, though. It’s also easy to sync your films to your Collection, which is an easy way to browse and re-watch films that you have purchased on iTunes.

Purchasing movies leads to promotions such as winning toys, Disney gift cards, or other rewards that can be redeemed, for instance, at the Walt Disney theme park. There are also site-specific promotions, such as a current one that results in double rewards points for a week if you buy Winnie the Pooh: Springtime With Roo. The other reason for Dinsey fans to use Disney Movies Anywhere is for the exclusive content offered on the site. There are videos like a performance of Frozen’s “Love Is An Open Door” by Kristen Bell and Santino Fontana, as well as behind-the-scenes videos from Saving Mr. Banks and other movies. This content is similar to what could be found on DVD extras, but it’s accessible from any of your devices, as long as you have a Disney account. If you or your children are regular watchers of Disney movies, then there’s no reason not to start using Disney Movies Anywhere. It keeps content synced and seamless across all devices, greatly enhancing the movie-watching experience.
