The site caters to workers of all skills and trades, including manufacturers, construction workers and welders. The platform is entirely free to use, and it’s accessible for both union and non-union workers in the United States. Although many jobs can be found and applied for online, useful tools for the trade industry are severely lacking. Work Hands fills that void.

The site allows workers to upload pictures of them on the job, and craftsmen and women to upload pictures of their work. Work Hands also ensures that its users’ licenses and certifications are valid. The site also transfers all of the information a user enters into his or her profile onto a resumé template, which can be printed out and used as a physical resumé. Although there are many solutions online to finding employment, none are as specific or dedicated to blue collar jobs as Work Hands. The site should be used by any skilled workers that are in search of employment.
