Stingycoin ensures you never miss another deal by alerting you when products you want go on sale.
Stingycoin directs users to the best deals available around the web. The site differentiates itself from comparable deal-finding sites like Groupon or Livingsocial in that it offers a more personalized, curated list of deals. Rather than browsing from a list of general deals from featured companies, users can create a “watch list” for specific products, as well as for their favorite stores and brands. The sites and brands listed in your preferences are constantly monitored by Stingycoin, and the site sends you a notification as soon as a deal becomes available. This automatic deal-finding service is useful if you have a product or brand in mind that you want to shop for, but you don’t want to spend the time looking or waiting for deals on your own.
In addition to the personalized deals it offers, Stingycoin does have a daily list of featured deals. Many of the items are physical products, and the items range from clothing to smartphones and laptops. There are also several gift cards and discounts on subscription services like Xbox Live. Stingycoin is still in beta mode, and its services are somewhat limited by the third-party discount sites with which it currently works. As of now, all of the deals displayed on Stingycoin come from either Amazon Gold Box, Dealnews, Slickdeals and Woot. All of those sites still regularly offer deals on a wide variety of products, but it’s not as if Stingycoin is able to browse the entire web for the best deals on the items or brands that you want to buy. Still, its worth using simply for its alerts and personalized recommendation service.
