Photocat is a free online photo editor that allows you to upload, filter, frame, and publish your photos as if you were a pro.
You’re thinking it and I definitely thought about it myself. Why do we need yet another photo editor? Before finding Photo Cat, I thought that Instagram and the given photo editing options on my phone, on my computer (photoshop) and the online PicMonkey tool were enough for me. What does Photocat offer exactly? Start by uploading your picture and choose from numerous filters (much like Instagram) to emphasize your photos. After picking a filter, add special effects, crop, sharpen, rotate, or blur, and of course finish your photo off with a frame! The best part of all, is that after you’re done editing your photos, throwing them into a collage is just as easy. Photocat gives you three different ways to make a collage: Template Collage, Free collage, or Picstrip Mode.
