Raise Your Flag is a career information and employment advice site designed for those without advanced degrees in a certain subject.
Raise Your Flag offers an opportunity for those without college degrees to find employment from companies seeking candidates with a particular skill set. 
The site was built for those who either just finished or dropped out of school, are taking time off before enrolling in college, or are just looking for a job in general. There are three services offered to help job seekers find employment: an outline of Career Paths, a list of Employers and a list of Industries (the latter feature is supposedly going to be added soon). The Career Path section features a dedicated page for each potential career, charting the average salary, job growth, qualifications, and work styles needed for the job. This is useful for anyone who’s interested in discovering what it is they should do for a living.
For those that already have a better idea of a job or industry which they are interested in pursuing, Raise Your Flag also offers a list of employers with job listings. 
Thus far, the employers with profiles on the site are relatively slim, as there’s only the option to learn about positions at Target, TELUS, YMCA Canada, Loblaws, and the Canadian Armed Forces. Each of these employers, as you may suspect, is also focused on providing jobs for Canadian applicants. Still, those living outside Canada may find inspiration in the listings or job descriptions for securing a job back home. Although Raise Your Flag still needs to add more careers and companies, the site’s casual yet informative pages and sections should be utilized by any job seekers in the current market.
