PeoplePerHour is an innovative outsourcing service that allows the time-starved to get their stuff done efficiently and quickly and only pay for the time they use, per-hour.
PeoplePerHour helps providers of services and those in need of these services getting together. So in other words, if you need something doing, or you have the skills to do any particular task, you can be connected with each other and get that task done quickly and efficiently.
So PeoplePerHour is a platform for freelancers to showcase their abilities and a place for people in need of these services to get them quickly, and only pay for the time it actually cost. Every person who posts as an ‘Hourlies’ (PeoplePerHour’s Job post’s nickname…) describes their skills and proposal with a time estimation and the desired fee. Buyers of services can browse through the ‘Hourlies’ and choose the freelance that is relevant for them.
If you are a buyer you start with browsing or searching the ‘Hourlies’. Then you contact the seller or just buy instantly via credit-card or PayPal. The seller has to deliver the service you paid for within 5 days but according to the PeoplePerHour it is usually provided sooner and don’t worry, your money is kept in Escrow until the work is delivered.
Then you rate the sellers and can decide whether to start an on-going work with them. If you are a seller you think of the service you want to provide, price and time it and start selling yourself. You record a 30 second video of you “pitching” you service to the world, write a short description and post. You will be notified when a Buyer purchases your Hourlie or contacts you.
