Books of Adam is a blog that combines witty observations about the world with equally witty cartoons to go with those observations. The author, Adam’s, latest post is all about his views on social networks, and it’s pretty funny. Blosics 3 – Here’s a great Angry Birds-type game for you. Shoot balls to destroy the ‘evil’ green bricks in each level. Try to avoid the red bricks, which make you lose points when you hit them. I’ve found that, when played on the computer, Angry Birds hasn’t worked as well as it did on my phone. Blosics is a similar style of game that actually works a lot better on a computer screen. Click on the pic and try it out!
Camera+ – This iPhone photo app is, in my humble opinion, rather amazing. Zaarly helps you buy and sell things with people who live in your local community. From what I’ve seen of it, it allows you to request services or goods from people living near you, and how much you’re willing to pay to get them. And it also allows you to advertise yourself as the goods or services provider, so you can earn some extra cash too.
It seems like a good idea, but depends on how many people in your area pick up the service. If you agree, I suggest signing up and getting started; you could rise to the top of the local rankings in no time! Watch the really, really.. really… happy lady in Zaarly’s introduction video below to see just how you can use Zaarly.
