100PushUps – Right, time to get off your bum… and drop and give me twenty! Actually, make that one hundred! With 100PushUps, you can now use either their website or smartphone app to embark on a six week training program towards being strong and fit enough to do 100 pushups in one go. I personally can do around 20 push ups if I try really hard, so I’m going to start using 100Pushups and see if it’s worked in six weeks time. I’ll let you know!
