Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Van Gogh said it best himself, “Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.” That is exactly what Dutch artist and designer, Daan Roosegarde did to celebrate the acclaimed painter. In honor of the 125th anniversary of Vincent Van Gogh’s death, Rossegarde transformed the Van Gogh Cycle Route in the county of Barbant with solar powered glow-in-the-dark stones and LED lights. Enjoy this gorgeous piece of art and for more information on Daan Roosegarde and his other projects, be sure to check his website out.
