Well + Good is an online publication covering the wellness lifestyle.
All’s Well
Getting healthy has never been more in-style. That’s a good thing — exercise and nutritional eating are extremely important. Well + Good is a blog that covers all the news and topics related to living a healthy lifestyle. The site was launched in 2010 by two established journalists, Alexia Brue and Melisse Gelula. Although the web is filled with fitness and nutrition sites, Well + Good is at least partially responsible for popularizing that trend. It’s one of the most definitive voices on the topic, covering news stories as well as offering advice for those looking to get healthy or get back into shape.
+ All’s Good
The content on Well + Good is split into five sections — GoodSweat, GoodLooks, GoodAdvice, GoodFood and GreatEvents. As you can probably tell by those titles, each covers a different aspect of the wellness lifestyle. GoodSweat features articles about exercise, yoga, and other workout-related items. GoodLooks has tips for style, GoodAdvice has tips for everything (like Gwyneth Paltrow teaching you how to yawn) and GoodFood helps you eat a nutritional diet. GreatEvents is the most self-explanatory category, showcasing cool things happening in cities around the world. There’s also a “Healthy City Guides” section, which currently features New York, Boston and Los Angeles.
