eduFireDo you want to learn a new language? eduFire offers live video tutors, you’ll be able to see your teacher’s lips move (helps a ton with pronunciation!) and your teacher can see that look of confusion when you’re tasked with saying that difficult phrase. Choose your Tutor, schedule a session and learn a new language from the comfort of your own home. Learning a new language has never been easier, all you need is a webcam. However not all is perfect, these professional sessions cost 15-30$ per hour, so if you are looking for a freebie, check additional tutoring sites that have been featured on our weekly faves: Babbel, Mango, Friends Abroad and italki.

Meetup – The anti-net! The real life answer to the internet. Meetup is a great way to meet like-minded folks in person. Think of any topic (literally, anything!) and join your local Meetup group! No Meetup group in your area? Start one! This is a good communication tool for loose groups and those who share unique interests. We, at AllMyFaves aren’t afraid you will neglect the net, we just encourage you to find your interest online and enjoy them in person, just don’t forget to come back. Looking for something big, check the Meetup Alliance – An easy way to connect leaders of real-world groups.

Adobe Acrobat – Acrobat offers a set of online services — file sharing and storage, PDF converter, online word processor and web conferencing. You can use it to create and share documents, communicate in real time and simplify working with others. The great thing about it is that it’s free. I tried the Buzzword and I must admit it is spectacular, it is intuitive and simple to use. Office Word and Google Documents lack creativity, Buzzword took the plain word processor and transformed it to a fun creative tool. Buzzword looks like a normal word processor, but it operates inside a web browser. Because Buzzword is web-based, the document you are editing is not stored on your local machine, but rather on secure servers. This means that you can access your document from any web connection.

WonderHowTo – With all these ‘How To’ sites it seems that human kind doesn’t know how to do anything or maybe the other way around is correct. We know how to do and therefore we feel like spreading our wisdom with as much people as possible. This isn’t the first time we have weekly faved a How To site, previous sites include 5min, VideoJug, Fix It Club and Instructables. The main difference is the content provided by their users. WonderHowTo uniqueness comes from the fact that they provide content from more than 500 specialized sites which intent to instruct, this fact places WonderHowTo as the most comprehensive How To resource. I hope you won’t need to learn the How To Hack A Hangover instructions, better drink responsibly,

EAT DRINK or DIE – The creators (Britt Lovett + Talia Lesak) of EAT DRINK or DIE believe that FOOD and DRINK keeps us alive, really :-)? Well I guess they tried being cynical, the good part is that they created a chic cooking site, the content is kinda similar to many cooking sites (RecipeZaar , Open Source Food, Mestolando, CookThink, Familyoven, iFoods.tv and Rouxbe) however, it is delivered with a smile and a grain of humor. Feeling thirsty? Who wants a Mojito?

Omnisio – Omnisio was founded with the goal of drastically improving your online video experience. Online video today is simply trying to re-create the experience of TV – but the web is different from TV. It’s interactive, it’s social and it’s more measurable. Omnisio has created several features that leverage the video experience. With Omnisio you can create compilations of clips from multiple videos, add in-video comment, synchronize powerpoint slides with videos and tag people and interesting highlights in videos. Do you want to see how it works? Check Ten best Ballmer Goes Nuts Videos.

ConcertAttack – ConcertAttack acts as a concert experience archive and as a concert news outlet. ConcertAttack organizes your concert reviews, tour journals, pictures and videos by artist and concert dates. Which makes them easy to find. When you post your concert pictures of your favorite artists just in your Myspace profile or Facebook, that makes it hard for other fans to find them and comment on them. Post your concert content on ConcertAttack and you won’t have to search thousands of web pages and social network profiles to find out about what’s going on at your favorite artists’ concerts and you will be able to easily share your concert memories with fellow fans. Thinking of attending a concert this summer? How about PearlJam or maybe ColdPlay.

Lost Zombies – Do you believe Zombies exist? If you answered YES, this site is for you. Lost Zombies gathers definitive proof that zombies are real. They are on a mission to compile that proof into a feature length documentary film. Lost Zombies are asking the general public to assist by submitting any proof of zombies they may have. Lost Zombies believes that as a community they can educate the world’s population of the reality of zombies and the potential, if not, imminent zombie apocalypse. If you answered NO, you can choose from not visiting the site or watch the videos, look at the outbreaks, view some pictures, and now you can reconsider the existence of Zombies. It is a free country.

CubeSpace – Ever wanted to create your own isometric pixel picture, but didn’t know what the word isometric meant? Well, now you can fulfill your wildest dreams with Cubescape. I have created All My Faves as a colorful cube, it kinda reminds me of the AllMyFaves city I built on MyMiniCity. If you didn’t understand it until now – this is a time waster. Enjoy!

StickMan MadnessStick figure shooting game with lots of blood and gory animation. Shoot down other stick figures before they gun you down. Watch the intro at least once, it is worth it! Have you ever tried playing without really playing? Sounds irrational – well check this.
