Talkster – Free Global calling from any phone, to any other phone. Sounds irrational? Well I thought the same until I personally tested it. The model is simple and is based on ads. Enter the number that you want to call, you and the recipient will be required to call a local number listen to a 5 seconds ad and then …… you can talk for free for as much as you want. Jajah has a similar service but Jajah has a downside, if you speak more than 30 minutes, the next time you will be requested to deposit funds. Talkster is the ultimate free calling service.

bmovies – Do you like old movies? Not always but sometimes I feel nostalgic. bmovies features hundreds of movies that have been lost in the wasteland of forgotten cinema. No sign-up or log-in needed. My fave old movie featured on bmovies is Battle of the Worlds. Enjoy.

tumblr – tumblr is a site offering Micro-blogging in a clean and simple platform. Users can share text, photos, quotes, links, chats, or even videos and publish them, either to be viewed by anyone or by a restricted group which can be chosen by the user.

Shred or Die – “He was a skater boy, she said see ya later boy“. Shred or Die aims to be the world’s best destination for action sport video, with a focus on skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing, BMX, and FMX. Shred or Die is a collaboration between Or Die Networks, the creators of funnyordie.com and skateboarding icon Tony Hawk. Extreme at it best.

Kindo – When my brother was 12 he received a school assignment to prepare a family tree, it took him ages to complete it properly, endless hours of interviewing relatives. Kindo wouldn’t have solved his need of research however, he could get to know the living family better. Maniatv – Maniatv is the first fully functioning Internet based television network catering to the entertainment enthusiast who craves original content on the Internet. Check my fave DJ (These are not professional DJ’s, it is people like me and you sharing their taste in music). This is a lot of fun.

Kindersay – On August 15 2007 we reviewed the Top 5o sites for kids, Kindersay wasn’t included as it has just been launched however, if it should have been available it would have been included in the top 50. Kindersay is an outstanding kids site, it provides a web based video learning tool for ages 1-4 that helps teach over 500 English words using interactive Word Shows. Make sure you check the MyFamily section on the site, Surprise your child when they see faces and objects they recognize.

Moleskineproject – Well, everyone can make a doodle! Babies, young boys and girls and even old folks. Hey, it could even be you! Cause you don’t have to be a top artist to doodle out something really cool. You don’t have to be an artist at all. Good idea is the only thing that matters. Moleskineproject is an artist oriented website to help both good and ”not so good” artists to promote their work and ideas. Just Doodle it.
