We Are Hunted – Music charts are a method of ranking music by popularity during a given period of time. In the ‘material’ world, charts are based on data of shipped music albums. Online however, music charts attest to the counts of digital downloads. We Are Hunted is another music ranking player that offers an online music chart. But instead of relying on digital downloads, it takes in what is happening in online music across blogs, social networks, forums, Twitter and P2P networks before charting the top songs online. The result is a more balanced, visual, intuitive and simple list of music that ‘people are talking about.’ Is it worth your time? I for one am definitely impressed and I will visit We Are Hunted in the future for sure, it is a great resource for new music discovery. While checking out this service I found some cool new music.
