M+B – I love visiting museums and galleries, do you? M+B is a Los Angeles art gallery that is definitely worth your visit. It focuses on contemporary art and is committed to exhibiting works by established and emerging artists. So if you are in the area, stop by and take in all this wonderful and inspiring art. If it just so happens that you’re not in the neighborhood (like me), you can always enjoy the gallery’s artists through their well-designed website.
The current exhibition (28 May – 18 Jul 2009) by Lisa Jack is a unique one worth your time; it features black and white photographs of young (and smoking) Barack Obama – long before he even thought of US presidency.
