Both beautiful in it’s layout and noble in it’s mission, IntotheArctic seeks to draw attention to the constant threats the Arctic faces. Under attack both from climate change and Oil drilling, the Arctic has no government protection and is essentially no man’s land. It’s hard not to be concerned with the Arctic’s security, between the wildlife struggling to survive and the threat of rising oceans it’s an issue that IntotheArtic is shining a spotlight on.

So what’s going on here?

Being a Greenpeace campaign, IntoTheArctic, isn’t only concerned with bringing attention, they also have a suggested solution. IntoTheArctic depicts a Greenpeace expedition where four young people from across the world are traveling across the lands to declare a sanctuary for endangered animals and land in an uninhabited area. There’s a ton to do on this site, learn more on the endangered wildlife, follow a day by day description of the expedition, and get a profile on the current threats to the environment.
