HelloSign: Sign Documents and Request Signatures Without Paper

Hello sign is a company against wasting paper that allows users to create reusable forms of documents, sign files, and create reusable links for free.

Sign Documents and Request Signatures Online

HelloSign’s main features are creating reusable links and forms. In all honesty, I had absolutely no idea what that meant when I first read it. Reusable links are apparently “links in an email or web page used for people fill out and sign a form.” A reusable form is  “a form that you frequently use to request signatures, you can create a template to streamline the process of updating documents.”   HelloSign supports “doc, docx, pdf, tif, tiff, ppsx, ppt, pptx, tif, tiff, jpg, jpeg, png, xls, xlsx, txt, and gif. If you’d like to use a file type that we don’t support, you can save the file as a pdf and then uploaded it to hellosign.com.”

HelloSign Stands for Solving Paper Problems

HelloSign allows the whole office or team to go paperless by eliminating the “print, sign, and scan” actions. “Not only is paper wasteful, but it’s also inefficient. We built HelloFax and it took off. So, we’re taking round two against paper with HelloSign!” With no software to download and a site that is completely free right now, I have no doubt that HelloSign will take off just like HelloFax did. Paid features like more complex work flows to come soon! Teams are up to 20 people free right now, but HelloSign say to email them at support@hellosign.com and talk to them if you need more.
