AllMyFaves India – During this past year we launched localized AllMyFaves versions for Canada and the UK. When these two aired, I shared with you the reasons and methodology behind creating additional country versions. India is no different, and more countries should expect their own AMF version soon.
If you are living in India it is quite obvious why allmyfaves.in should be your homepage rather than allmyfaves.com, right? But if you reside outside of India you may still find interesting sites in the localized AMF favelines. The India-oriented AMF page offers a panoramic view of the fascination and extremely diverse Indian culture, and most of the featured sites there are in English. I was particularly fond of the Movies faveline. Bollywood is multi-billion dollar industry, both in India and beyond. That’s where I discovered Chak De India (Go for it, India!) which is a 2007 Bollywood sports film about field hockey in India. You can watch it online without English subtitles for free (downloading the VEOH Web player is required). If you wish to view it with English subtitles, you can rent it through NetFlix.
