Academic Earth – Even if you can’t nail down an admission into one of the Ivy League institutions you can still take advantage of the intellectual and professional (and free!) resources that many of these have to offer on their respective websites, such as Harvard at Home, Open Yale Courses, Princeton WebMedia or the Stanford YouTube Channel. Academic Earth has combined and categorized all such websites into one user-friendly educational ecosystem that will give you the ability to easily find, interact with, and learn from full video courses and lectures from the world’s leading scholars. I haven’t had the time to virtually attend all lectures but I have found Psychology, Sex and Evolution to be very interesting. If you found Academic Earth as a useful resource, I would love to hear what was your fave lecture.
