Do Not Touch is an interactive crowd-sourced music video for Kilo by Light Light. If you want to be part of it, all you have to do is point your computer cursor and follow the instructions.
Do Not Touch is a great example of how an artist and a web-design studio can join forces for an awesome project that promotes both. Upon entering the site you are told that your computer cursor motion is being recorded and you are requested to follow their instructions. Without further ado you are thrown into an interactive game where you complete tasks like ‘catch the dot’, ‘stay on the green’, select your gender’, etc. While you try your best to follow these instructions you can see thousands of other cursors that represent the people who tried this site before you… It’s a great little interactive site that will definitely grab your attention.

The current video was composted 1 day ago. Do Not Touch is a Moniker production in Amsterdam, 2013. Moniker is a design studio founded by Luna Maurer, Jonathan Puckey and Roel Wouters. This joint project is a great way to promote the artist and the web-design firm. The fact that you feel a part of so many different people allows you to feel like you are creating something, and only with your cursor.
It’s Simple, Just Use Your MouseNow you might think, how much fun can you really have with a cursor? Well let me tell you, a lot more than you think. I highly recommend giving it a go since it’s so simple and fast. Once you’re done, your cursor’s movements will be added to all the other cursor’s movements in the next hour. You can do things like form the opponent, play the bass, put yourself on the line and do not touch the model. All in all, Do Not Touch is a great promotion for Moniker design studio while still offering the user an interactive experience. Definitely worth checking out. Try it here.
