Ever wanted to know what the aerial view of the Barcelona skyline looks like? What a castle looks like from overhead? If so, TravelByDrone is the perfect website for you!
TravelByDrone allows people to upload videos taken by drones and list them by location. Watching the videos can be purely to kill curiosity or for those who are too afraid to take a helicopter trip, or for any other reason. The videos are not allowed to be military related or personal promotion, so you are watching videos taken purely for fun. The website is a world map with pins on it showing where videos have been taken, and watching a video is as easy as clicking on one of the pins. Zoom into the map to see a more detailed map and to narrow down the search area.
Uploading videos to TravelByDrone is just as easy as watching them. Simply click “Add Video” and enter the location and YouTube link. The website must approve all videos before they go up, so you can be sure the videos are following the website rules. This is an interesting website. I had no idea that so many people had drones to take videos from. It gives viewers a unique vantage point without having to get into a helicopter! It is definitely worth checking out.
