The Right Way to Audio Conference…
UberConference is teleconferencing with a visual interface. It makes it easy to see who just joined the call and ensure you always know who’s speaking because the speaker’s image is highlighted at the top of the screen. With UberConference you can also access to participants’ LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ profiles, dial directly out instead of having people dial in, record calls and store call summaries in Evernote so you can access links to the recorded mp3s easily.
As someone who has taken part in many a conference call in my time, these sort of features seem so natural, yet are so new!
Conference calling goes productive:
Until UberConference came along, for most people, audio conferencing would start with the awkward process of finding and typing in dial-in numbers and PIN codes. Then once in a conference, it’s often hard to tell who’s in the call or who’s talking. Time is wasted on rounds of ‘Who just joined?’ and ‘Who’s already here?’ as each person joins the call.
Also, background noises can be annoying and there is little the call organizer can do to help all this issues. The two videos below describes perfectly both the problem of audio conferencing and how UberConference deals with it. Try UberConference, although once you do, you may never return to the old ways!
