Statmuse lets you ask any sports question to famous athletes.
Talk To Famous Athletes
Statmuse is a fun new cross-platform technology that lets you ask all kinds of sports questions to real athletes (or, at least, the answers are provided in the voice of real athletes). On the website’s homepage, visitors are greeted with a search engine style text box. You can enter any question, and the AI technology will return a result. You can view a text-based response, or listen to the answer as given by a famous sports personality. The text-to-speech rendering is a bit choppy and obvious, but it’s still fun to hear your questions answered by voices you most likely recognize.
Ask Any Sports-Related Question
Statmuse is fairly reliable when it comes to answering sports-based statistics questions. The only time I was able to stump them was when I asked a question about baseball third-base coaches, which the platform claims it’s unable to do at this time. It’s fun typing these questions and seeing the visual results, but part of the allure of the product is being able to communicate with AI versions of sports stars. For those who prefer speaking out loud, Statmuse is available on Alexa, Google Assistant, Facebook Messenger, Slack, Microsoft Cortana, and iOS. The celebrities are mostly from football — like Peyton Manning, Jay Ajayi, Le’Veon Bell, and more. If you’re a sports fan of any type, though, you’ll likely find a lot to enjoy on Statmuse.
