Let’s Cure 100 Million Physically Disabled Children… Together

In the developing world there are children who have conditions like clubfoot, bowed legs, cleft lips, untreated burns, and hydrocephalus. Without treatment, they won’t go to school and will have little hope for a future. Many will die from their condition. That’s why CURE exists. It’s a non-profit organization that operates hospitals and programs in 27 countries worldwide where patients experience the life-changing message of God’s love for them, receiving surgical treatment regardless of gender, religion, ethnicity, or ability to pay. Since CURE‘s  first hospital opened in Kenya in 1998, they have seen over 1.9 million patients, provided over 138,000 life-changing surgeries, and trained over 6,100 medical professionals.

CURE is serious about fiscal responsibility. They are rigorous in how they spend the dollars entrusted to them, and are pleased to report that 96 percent of every dollar that comes in to CURE goes directly to pay for care for children whose families cannot afford it. 4 percent of their budget goes to fundraising and administrative support. The point is this: When you give money to CURE, you can be sure that it’s going to help the children and families they serve. You don’t have to take their word for it. CURE is a member in good standing with the ECFA and AERDO, and undergo annual audits with a Certified Public Accounting Firm.

It is a gift that will continue to pay dividends the rest of that child’s life. So all in all, we have an opportunity here, and why not take advantage of it? Think about it, together we can help so many children in need. Contribute today and help the world.
