The site estimates that 80% of questions are answered within 10 minutes, simply due to the large network of individuals using the site at any given time.

The site is useful for students that may excel in a particular subject but struggle in another — providing an even playing field where positive feedback and mutual help is encouraged. The design is also intuitive, making it easy for users around the world to connect with each other for the purpose of shared knowledge.
