Workpop is an employment site with a simplified interface that sets it apart from established competitors such as Monster or LinkedIn. The site is useful for employers and job seekers alike, as both sides can create profiles with details about their work history and future ambitions. On the job seeker side, Workpop is like an enhanced resume. Photographs can be added to showcase your skills or give employers a better idea of who you are. The profiles are also incredibly easy to set up using Workpop’s built-in tools. It’s undeniably cleaner and easier to navigate than LinkedIn, and could only benefit from having as large of a user base as that site.

Useful for Both Employers & Job Seekers

Even in its earliest stages, however, there are some interesting jobs on Workpop. On the homepage alone, Wolfgang Puck is hiring line cooks in Los Angeles and another L.A. based restaurant is hiring a full-time kitchen/store manager. Hiring managers each have profiles on the site, making direct communication more open and fluid. On the employer’s side, Workpop offers a large set of digital tools to simplify the hiring process.
