The internet is full of humor sites, they come in all shapes and kinds: Sites with funny pictures, meme & captions, funny videos, cute pictures, funny commercials, skits, fail, etc. Whether the site is as big as 9GAG or more of a niche site like People of Walmart, This blog post will guide you through to those who are really worth a laugh.

The Funniest Sites that will make you LoL!

It is not easy to make John Doe Laugh Out Loud while sitting in front of his computer. Though once you did make him laugh you got him for good, for he will always return for for some good time.  This is exactly why the internet is full of humor sites. The mass of funny websites makes it hard to find sites that are genuinely funny… Along comes All My Faves! Our team spent some serious time so that we can provide you with the best of the best, the Crème de la Crème of the funniest, most hilarious, incredibly ridiculous LoL sites. The result of this profound and serious research is our extremely unserious Humor Faves Page.

From these carefully curated and selected few we hand picked the best sites, each in it’s own category, and are proud to present you with the top 10 funniest sites the web has to offer!

Let the ludicrous LoL parade begin:

1. LoL Giants: 9GAG , Cheezburger

While making this top 10 LoL list, we tried to provide you with unique humor sites divided into categories… However, one can not overlook two humor tycoons like Cheezburger and 9GAG. As most of you probably know, Cheezburger  is one of the largest humor destinations on the Web, reaching more than 20 million people every month. featuring humor, LoL news, memes, lolcats and cutes, pop culture fails, images and videos of fails, create your own funny pictures and more and more… My personal favorite is I Can Has Cheezburger Animal Gifs, but everyone can find their own flavor on this huge Cheezburger family. 9GAG on the other hand lets you create your fun and humor collection effortlessly. 9GAG is where fun LoL creators and bored people meet. Unlike ordinary LoL sites which are full of disturbing ads, 9GAG aims at spreading happiness to the world in an elegant way. When you come across a fun, you can save it to your collection. And it is just one click away to share it or leave a comment! These two are the undisputed all stars of the LoL sites community.

2. LoL Memes and Captions: Taste of Awesome

Who doesn’t like a good meme? The idea is simple: you take a picture, any picture, and add a funny caption that redirects the viewer’s perspective of it to something ridiculous. Boring Photos + Epic Memes & Captions = Taste of Awesome. That is the site’s slogan and they certainly live up to it! On this hilarious site the users meme or caption funny photos from around the internet using it’s custom Taste builder. Anyone can upload a caption on Taste of Awesome and this is what makes it so good, though not all of the captions are work of art, sometimes the right photo is matched with the perfect caption, creating a true LoL blend. This is why we think this is the perfect site to open our top 10 LoL list, browse through it, upload a caption or two and most importantly, Start laughing!

3. LoL Pictures: Awkward Family Photos , People of Walmart

Since Facebook took over the internet, the funny pics ‘industry’ is blossoming. I think that the average Joe posts or shares at least one funny picture every month. Multiply it by a billion users… You can see why the demand for funny images is soaring, and when there is a demand you can bet that there will be thousands to come up with fresh supply! We chose for you two of the best in this category; On Awkward Family Photos you will find the embarrassing family album photos that everyone tries to hide, those where your father dresses you in a silly Elf suit while your mother is a bikini Santa’s little helper and he wears a shirtless Rudolf costume… The other site we chose is People of Walmart, a satirical social commentary of the extraordinary sights found at America’s favorite store. The site shows ridiculous yet very real people as they shop at Walmart. We think these two sites kind of covers the American spirit… do you agree? 😉

Share your misfortune with the world, the truth shall set you free!

5. The Best LoL Commercials:

Humor is almost always a preferred way for a brand to advertise itself, problem is it’s not easy to make a wide audience laugh, the copyrighting has to be really good if it is to address EVERYONE. On this category we decided to treat you by directing you to a ’10 Funniest Commercials of All Time’ article published on Adfreak, AdWeek.com’s media and advertising section. On this awesome post you will find the result of a vast research, stretching from the ’80s to today, that includes Apple’s “Stuffed” commercial from 2007, Bud Light’s “Mr. Really, Really, Really Bad Dancer”  from 2003, Budweiser’s epic “Whassup?” from 1999 and seven more immortal LoL commercials. Sure, humor is subjective, but some advertising over the years has been undeniably hilarious, this post is a tribute to them.

Now this is a different kind of LoL, cute funny pics don’t make your eyes moist with laughter, they make you smile contently while you (in spite of your indifferent nature) go Awww… If cute cubs get to you, if a picture of a fluffy puppy wrapped in wool yarn makes you say sigh, then the Fluffington Post is exactly your kind of website! Lamebook is a fun humor blog that allows us to all share and marvel at the funny, ridiculous, and outright crazy Facebook posts that can be found on the web. The website documents Facebook’s user-submitted content that ranges from family members sharing too much personal information to cringe-worthy conversations between lovers to bizarre and hilarious photos.  The names and faces are blurred to protect the… well guilty, but anonymity doesn’t make them less lame in our book! 😉 Lamebook is for fun and the name says it all: It posts lame and funny pictures, status updates, and other gems. Though some of the posts were meant to be funny, the most hilarious ones are those who were not written to make you laugh, but are so lame that you can’t help but LoL.

8. SNL like LoL: Funny Or Die

Since penetrating public awareness through the mighty SNL platform, Will Ferrell has conquered the comic world. Funny Or Die is his internet enterprise, it started as a small Offbeat site with crazy skits but quickly became mainstream by redefining it. Funny Or Die is a comedy video website that combines user-generated content with original, exclusive content. If an introduction to this website is needed for any of you, then you are probably from another planet, because its been the hottest, funniest, and most controversial comedy site on the web for years. 9. Top LoL YouTube Channels: Comedy Shaq Network , Glove and Boot

Choosing the funniest YouTube channel is not an easy task. We decided to provide you with two very different yet equally funny channels, each with it’s own twist. The first one is Shaquille O’Neal’s ComedyShaq Network: An urban themed comedy channel featuring stand-up comedy, original digital series, sketch shows, animation and other stuff that makes the Diesel laugh! because after all, who knows comedy better then The Big Aristotle? The second one is Glove and Boot, A channel of a Muppet Show like skits. Mario and Fafa the Groundhog are two of the main characters but lots of puppets live in this funny imagined world. Join these extreme puppets for a bizarre and entertaining perspective of life, they will make you feel that finally someone is voicing what you never dared to!

10. College Life LoL: CollegeHumor

When young Americans leave their protective homes and begin their College life experience, they contemplate about the future, their career, starting a family etc. Though while pondering about these important future issues, the present is mainly spent partying and goofing around. This reality creates a great habitat for some quality LoLs… CollegeHumor delivers daily offbeat comedic content, including videos, pictures, articles and jokes, created and curated by the site’s staff. It features extremely popular original content. The CollegeHumor brand is a huge success, with more than 15 million unique monthly users and over 100 million monthly page views. It’s popularity has gone beyond the internet with a book, a television program on MTV, a live comedy show and a movie currently in development. CollegeHumor is definitely the home base for all of our student users, but will also provide good times for our older yet not quite mature users as well.

11. Watch LoL T.V shows online: Hulu Plus

Most LoL sites are created for coffee break users, the kind that have 5 minutes to spare and wish to spend it laughing… If you have time though, Hulu is probably the best and most reliable of all of the TV Streaming Sites out there. Hulu Plus is a new ad-supported subscription to the free Hulu service, that provides access to more content on more devices. Hulu Plus offers every episode of hit TV shows from ABC, FOX, NBC, and more. Unlike the free service, you don’t get just a handful of recent episodes but full access along with content from previous seasons and full runs of some of TV’s greatest shows. Hulu Plus content can be watched in HD on multiple devices, including your laptop, the Apple iPad and iPhone, PlayStation® 3, Roku, and TVs and Blu-ray players from Sony, Samsung and Vizio. It will cost you about 8$ per month but they offer a free week trial so you can see for yourselves if the service is good for you.

That’s It!

Our list is done! We hope you will find it useful and will get some healthy Laughs Out Loud from it. I can personally tell you that researching for this list was my favorite day’s work so far! 😉
