Sleepbot is everything sleep. The app includes a set of tools that track your sleep patterns, provide information on the science of sleep, and a gentle alarm clock with soothing sounds. When you’re going to sleep, you open up the app and punch in. While sleeping with the phone near your head, it listens for movement and finds a time within 30 minutes of your set alarm clock to wake you up when you are in your lightest stage of a sleep cycle.
After a few nights of recording your data, Sleepbot begins to create a trackable pattern of your sleep. While reviewing your history, you can start to see not only how many hours a night you are sleeping, but at which point in the night you are most/least asleep based on movement and sounds that you make.
