Edmodo brings valuable resources that adults and children can appreciate. This site allows engagement and collaboration for the student/teacher relationship.
Edmodo is not just any online classroom forum. They strive to not only help students learn through activities, engagement, feedback, and more but they provide resources that you can’t find anywhere. Resources are not just specified to students though, teachers can use them too! Whether it be networking with other teachers and administrators or looking at lesson plans that might help their students. It’s the perfect tool to gauge whether students could use some more individual help or if they are advanced for their age. Edmodo makes sure that every child’s needs are not just met but makes sure each child is actively participating and learning.
It’s time for the classroom to finally enter the tech world. Sorry kids, no teacher holograms but the classroom is a different story. Now that computers are a part of people’s everyday life it’s time that kids start using them as a tool for learning. Edmodo gives children the opportunity to not only learn from lesson plans, but also gives them the chance to learn about computers. They can take quizzes, enter online discussion, and teachers can easily track their performance because every child’s work is plugged into a grading system. Teacher’s will no longer have to worry about grading, but can focus on the important things like making sure each child is on the right path. No more late nights of measuring a child’s performance. Edmodo does the dirty work for you. Make sure to check out Edmodo and tell your local school district about it for a great learning through online engagement.
