Hello reader!
My name’s Danny Davies, and I’m Contributing Editor of the All My Faves blog. Over the few months that I’ve been part of the team at All My Faves, I’ve seen what it really means to be a part of the Faves Project: We’re not some vast media outlet like Mashable or TechCrunch that writes about absolutely everything, whether it’s good or not. We’re a small, strongly independent team of guys ‘n’ gals that pretty much love the Internet, and just want to make it easier for anybody to find only the best of the huge number of amazing websites out there.
We research every nook and cranny of the Web, seeking out anything that we think is worth discovering, from a great parenting blog to a top-of-the-class educational tool for teachers; from a free photo editor to an alternative way to listen to music than Youtube. And then we put them into mini homepages for any interest. And once a week, each Monday, we pick our Weekly Faves…
The Weekly Faves Project is actually what drew me to All My Faves. Every Monday or Tuesday I would check in to see what cool, new websites, apps and games the Faves team had selected for me – and now I’m lucky enough to actually spend my work days exploring and reviewing the 9 unique websites, 1 interesting app and 1 time-killing game we pick out of the huge ocean of the Internet! This blog is simply our way of adding a human voice to our selections – we aim to explain what each Weekly Fave is about and why you should try it out, in a couple of (hopefully) entertaining paragraphs.
So take a look around, explore the faves, find something you like, leave us some comments, share it. And if you want to chat with me, get any website suggestions or recommendations, just leave a comment on any post, tweet me, tweet All My Faves, or Facebook us!
Enjoy, and thank you for your continued support.
