Tinder is simple, swipe one way for the people you like and the other way for the people you don’t. If you both like each other, start chatting. So why can’t other things in life be that simple. Switch is one of the best new apps for the job search! Switch lets you swipe right on jobs you’re interested in. Hiring managers use the app too, so when they swipe right on you, start chatting (an informal interview of sorts). Switch makes it easy for job hunters to sift through and apply for jobs, but also makes it easier for the hiring managers to sift through resumes. Switch is anonymous and private, so hiring managers only see credentials and not your name. Once matched, then information can be shared. There are no staffing agencies, recruiters or headhunters, just a link between you and the hiring managers for some of the biggest companies. Switch is currently only swiping in New York and San Francisco, but more cities are in the works. The job search doesn’t have to be long and tiring anymore, just swipe right with Switch!
