With TreasureDance, filming yourselves singing and dancing in front of the mirror while listening to your favorite Bruno Mars hit doesn’t have to be a private thing anymore. All you have to do is hashtag it #TreasureDance on Instagram and you’ll be featured on his viral online video clip. The site aggregates the newest 100 videos that were posted with this hashtag and places them in a random sequence alongside Bruno Mars’s preexisting vintage music video for Treasure.
Join the Party!TreasureDance is designed in the spirit of the original video clip for the song; the new crowd sourced video is displayed on a retro TV that sets you right in the mood of the song. When you click play, the official video will begin playing, interspersed with the fan footage, you can click the old TV’s knobs to skip around footage, as well as click on Instagram usernames to see those dancers’ accounts.
