Invi provides you with a new way to approach texting. You can upload videos, visit websites, and more without leaving the conversation. Oh, and it looks great.
Invi provides you with easy to use free texting with anyone and anywhere in the world. Once downloaded it automatically replaces itself as your new SMS and will lock with anyone in your phone book that also has the app. So it’s not necessary to switch your contacts over, or type people in twice. Each conversation comes up as pictures, making the interface stylish and the design not only unique but easy to understand. Scrolling through your texts is almost fun because Invi adds a whole new element to texting. Instead of just words, there are pictures.
FunctionalityInvi has an incredible design making it original from competitors such as WhatsApp or Viber, however the functionality of the app is what truly has people doing back flips. On any smart phone these days you can text people YouTube videos, weblinks, share photos and whatever your heart desires. BUT to view these things you typically have to leave the texting conversation, open new browsers, and sometimes make unnecessary downloads. Not with Invi. With Invi you can watch a video within the conversation so you can continue texting while you watch. It allows for your conversations to become even more interactive. By not having to jump between apps all the time, you can stay focused on the conversation.
Some minor problems
While Invi has reinvented how people text, there are a few things about it that could be worked on. In order to text people on Invi…those people need Invi too. So you may not have to go back and forth in conversation with the people that have Invi but you still have to go back and forth from your original SMS to Invi in order to communicate with everyone in your contacts. Another thing about Invi that is frustrating is that it is a Droid only application. Things could change, but as of now if you have an iPhone…tough luck.
While there are a few kinks that need to be worked out, Invi is still the most unique way to text. Make sure you check it out for both sleek design and incredible function!
