Sweat Deck is a deck of cards exercise app.
There are 52 cards in a standard deck. That means there are 52 different workouts you could be doing with Sweat Deck, the deck of cards workout app. The app has a different approach to exercise than most of the apps on the market. It assigns a different workout to each card in the standard deck, and shuffles them into a random order. The cards are presented as you click or swipe through them. For instance, you may be presented with a card that looks like a 2 of Clubs but reads “2 Pushups.” The idea, of course, is that you’ll do two pushups.
If you don’t want to do one of the workouts that Sweat Deck suggests for you, you can always swipe to skip it and come back to it later. There’s also the possibility to customize the workouts to your liking, add your own workouts, use Joker cards for surprise challenges, save and load specific exercise sets, or time your workouts. In other words, there are a ton of small features aside from just shuffling a deck of cards that improve the app and add for some extra motivation in your workout. It’s tough to get motivated for any workout by using an app, but Sweat Deck does a good job of keeping things interesting.
